Klickon is building a healthcare platform that connects patients and families with reliable caregivers for home-based care. We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated caregivers to support patients in their homes across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to patients at home.
- Assist elderly, bedridden, and mobility-restricted patients.
- Help patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Assist with walking, repositioning, and safe transfers.
- Support feeding and daily routines as required.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition to the family or supervising healthcare professional.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and infection prevention practices.
- Assist with post-hospitalization recovery and routine patient care within the assigned role.
- Maintain patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
Caregiver training or a relevant healthcare certificate preferred; candidates with practical caregiving experience may also apply.
- Previous experience in elderly care, patient care, or home healthcare is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a caring attitude.
- Willingness to provide services in the candidate's own city or service area.
- Responsible, punctual, and patient-focused.
- Freshers may apply, subject to training and assignment requirements.
Work Arrangement
- Freelance engagement; not a full-time salaried position.
- Part time work with flexible availability.
- Home assignments based on patient requirements and location.
- Payment per visit, shift, or assignment, as mutually agreed.
- Opportunities across India, subject to service availability in each city.
