Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head / Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills, along with a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise, guide, and manage employees and operational teams.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and cost control.
- Maintain operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.




- Drive process improvement and business growth initiatives.

Required Skills
