Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Production Manager to understand daily production plans, order priorities and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on the complete production process, from fabric cutting to stitching, quality checking, finishing and final delivery.
- Communicate daily production targets and work schedules to contract manufacturers, contract tailors and stitching teams.
- Monitor the number of pieces assigned, completed and pending at each production stage.
- Ensure contract tailors and stitching teams meet their daily production commitments.
- Track stitching progress and check the status of each order regularly.
- Coordinate with the cutting team to ensure cut panels are ready and transferred to stitching on time.
- Follow up on pending quantities and take necessary action to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain daily production reports covering order status, quantity issued, quantity completed, pending work and expected completion dates.
- Ensure smooth coordination between cutting, stitching, checking,



finishing and dispatch teams.
- Follow up with the concerned teams to ensure customer orders are completed and delivered within the committed timelines.
- Provide regular updates to the Production Manager regarding production progress and delivery commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in garment production, production coordination or line supervision.
- Practical knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, especially cutting, stitching, checking and finishing.
- Experience coordinating with contract tailors, job-work units and stitching teams.
- Ability to plan daily work schedules and monitor production targets.
- Good follow-up, communication and coordination skills.
