Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing civil and finishing activities in industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while monitoring work progress, quality, productivity, and HSE compliance to ensure timely project completion and successful handover.
FINISHING SUPERVISOR/ FINISHING FOREMAN
Responsible for supervising and executing civil and finishing activities at industrial construction sites. Allocate and manage manpower, coordinate materials and tools, monitor daily work progress, and ensure quality workmanship in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, proper housekeeping, and timely completion of assigned works.
EXPERIENCE
- FINISHING ENGINEER: 2–10 years of relevant experience.
- FINISHING SUPERVISOR:2 –10 years of relevant experience.
- FINISHING FOREMAN: 2–8 years of relevant experience

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- ITI / Trade Certificate may be considered for experienced Foremen.
- Relevant industrial construction and finishing experience.
