Job Type: Full-time, with a 3-month probation

Working hours: 8 Hours Versatile, Tuesday to Sunday.

Reports to: Founder

Pay: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month fixed, plus incentive on enrolments and other bonuses (details below)

About us

AI Product Leadership Studio is a live program for working product professionals who want to grow into product leaders. It runs for 5 weeks. Participants take real leadership decisions in a business simulation, and then spend up to 30 days getting exposure to a real company.

Our applicants are experienced and busy professionals. They do not like being chased or pressured. We handle admissions the way a premium university does: we choose people carefully, and we are honest when the program is not right for someone.

About the role

You will be the first person an applicant speaks to, and the person a participant depends on from payment until Day 1 and after. You will work directly with the founder, so your work is seen and your suggestions are used. This is a small team and you will not have a manager checking on you all day, but you will have a short daily check-in with the founder.

What you will own

1. Every serious applicant gets a quick and honest answer

- Reply to new enquiries within 15 minutes between 10 am and 7 pm. Outside these hours, reply within 1 hour.
- Have a short first conversation and check fit using our fit checklist (current role, experience, why now, ability to attend). If someone does not fit, tell them politely and suggest a better option for them.
- Book fit applicants on the founder’s calendar, send reminders, and share a short brief before the call.

2. Every person who says yes actually joins

- After the founder’s call, follow up for payment within 72 hours.



Maximum 3 follow-ups per person.
- Onboard each paid participant: forms, welcome message, schedule, platform access and pre-reading.
- Make sure every participant is ready and present on Day 1.

3. Nothing goes wrong quietly

- Reply to every complaint or feedback within 4 hours, log it, and pass it to the founder within 24 hours. Refund and exception decisions are always taken by the founder.
- Send a short daily report.

Also part of the role (about 3 to 4 hours a week)

- Manage the founder’s meeting schedule and clashes.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

- You reply to at least 90% of enquiries within 15 minutes in working hours.
- At least 80% of booked calls actually happen.
- Every paid participant is fully onboarded before Day 1.
- Every complaint is logged and passed on within 24 hours.
- Your weekly report reaches us on time, every week.

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years in admissions, a program office, inside sales, customer success or premium client service. A fresher with excellent communication can also apply.
- Very good written and spoken English and Hindi. Most of your work is on WhatsApp and email, and our applicants notice small mistakes.
- Comfortable speaking English and Hindi.
- Calm, polite and well organised. You can handle many things at once without dropping any.
- Comfortable with a CRM, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and MS-Office.
- Your own laptop and stable internet.
- Able to join immediately.

Good to have: experience with senior or working-professional clients, executive education or university admissions,



and some interest in product management or technology.

How you will be paid

- Fixed monthly salary.
- Incentive on every enrolment, calculated on the fee actually received and paid after the refund period ends.
- A bonus for every participant who stays enrolled.
- A bonus for each batch with good show-up rates and quick complaint handling.
- An annual retention bonus after 12 months.

Incentive depends on the number of enrolments, so your total pay will change from month to month. The full incentive policy is shared in writing at the interview stage.
