- Operational Support: Work alongside and assist the Factory Manager in supervising day-to-day plant operations and floor staff.
- Reporting & Tracking: Compile, maintain, and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Production Planning: Assist in workflow scheduling, resource allocation, and line efficiency planning.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards, product quality specs, and operational guidelines.
- Team Coordination: Help manage staff schedules, monitor productivity, and resolve line bottlenecks.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
