# Job Opening – Accounts Manager

### Qualification & Experience

- *Chartered Accountant (CA):* Freshers are welcome to apply.

- *CA Dropout / CA Inter:* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly accounts.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Manage inventory accounting, product costing, and manufacturing expenses.

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital requirements.





- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Supervise the accounting team and maintain accurate financial records.

### Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and cost control.

- Positive analytical, communication, and team management skills.
