Job Description

EDSEC Innovations is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Generative AI Trainer to teach students in Grades 8, 9, and 10 at an assigned school.

The trainer will introduce students to Generative AI, demonstrate AI tools, explain concepts through practical examples, and conduct engaging, hands-on learning activities.

The company will provide the complete syllabus, course structure, and learning materials. The trainer's primary responsibility is to deliver classes effectively, follow the prescribed curriculum, and help students understand and apply the concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Generative AI classes for students in Grades 8, 9, and 10.

- Teach according to the syllabus and course materials provided by EDSEC Innovations.

- Introduce students to AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.

- Explain prompt engineering and practical applications of Generative AI.

- Demonstrate how AI can be used for learning, research, creativity, and problem-solving.

- Conduct hands-on activities, exercises, and mini-projects.

- Teach students about responsible AI usage, privacy, and the limitations of AI-generated information.

- Explain technical concepts in simple, student-friendly language.

- Clarify doubts and encourage active student participation.

- Monitor student progress and follow the prescribed course schedule.

- Maintain punctuality and professional conduct while teaching at the assigned school.

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.





- Understanding of prompt engineering and responsible AI usage.

- Ability to demonstrate real-world applications of Generative AI.

- Basic Python programming knowledge is an advantage.

- Valuable communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to school students.

- Patience, enthusiasm, and an interest in teaching and mentoring students.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and practical skills are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with prior teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience are preferred.

- Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.

- Relevant certifications and practical AI projects will be an advantage.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: Every Friday and Saturday

- Class Duration: 2 hours per day

- Total Teaching Hours: 4 hours per week

- Work Location: Assigned school

- Job Type: Part-time

Salary and Compensation

- Monthly Compensation: ₹3,000

- Payment Structure: Fixed monthly compensation for the agreed teaching schedule.

- Average Hourly Equivalent: Approximately ₹173 per hour, based on average monthly teaching hours.

Training Support

EDSEC Innovations will provide the complete syllabus, course structure, and learning materials. The trainer is expected to prepare for and conduct classes according to the prescribed curriculum.
