Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely query resolution.




- Contribute to sales targets and maintain positive customer relationships.
