Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Minimize machine downtime and avoid recurring breakdowns.

- Manage plant utilities and monitor energy consumption.

- Plan machinery modifications and maintenance schedules.

- Monitor maintenance activities and control costs.

- Ensure electrical safety standards and ISO compliance.

- Coordinate with Production and other departments.

- Lead the electrical maintenance team.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the cable industry.

- Knowledge of maintenance planning and energy conservation.

- Good team management and coordination skills.
