Job Summary
Junior Legal Advocate to support the legal activities of our real estate company, including property document verification, agreement preparation, legal documentation, and coordination with clients, advocates, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify property documents, title deeds, and ownership records.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing sale agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents.
- Support property registration and related legal procedures.
- Coordinate with senior advocates, clients, builders, and government offices.
- Maintain legal files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and other property-related matters.
- Conduct basic legal research related to real estate laws and regulations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of property laws and real estate documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document verification.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under senior legal professionals.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
