Outbound Calling Executive — Reach Us Business Hub

Full-time, completely in office

Location: KJ Square, TC 52/936, Kaimanam PO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695040

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sunday off

Monthly take-home pay: ₹12,000–₹18,000, based on communication skills, relevant experience and role suitability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reach Us Business Hub provides professionally managed workspaces for founders, professionals and growing teams. We are looking for an Outbound Calling Executive to speak with prospective clients, understand their workspace needs and arrange relevant appointments or site visits.

This role focuses on telephone outreach, lead qualification and organised follow-up. You will hand qualified opportunities to the team responsible for proposals, closing and ongoing client relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Make professional outbound calls using management-approved contact lists and follow-up priorities.

- Introduce the business accurately and understand team size, workspace requirements, intended move-in date and decision timeline.

- Explain approved workspace information clearly and book suitable site visits or follow-up appointments.

- Follow up on enquiries and previous conversations at agreed times.

- Record call outcomes, requirements, objections, next actions and appointments accurately in the CRM.

- Share qualified leads with the Client Relationship team with clear notes.

- Use approved scripts as a guide, listen carefully and adapt the conversation respectfully.





- Respect requests not to be contacted and follow the company’s approved calling and privacy processes.

- Track calling activity, connected conversations, qualified leads, appointments and visit outcomes with management.

- Learn approved CRM and AI tools for preparing scripts, summarising notes and organising follow-ups, checking all outputs before use.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Clear spoken Malayalam and ability to handle basic business conversations in English.

- Confidence speaking on the phone, active listening and a polite, professional manner.

- Consistent follow-through, accurate records and resilience when prospects are not interested.

- Basic computer familiarity and willingness to learn a CRM and business tools.

- Familiarity with AI tools OR a willingness to learn; prior AI experience is not required.

- Willingness to learn new skills, accept feedback and work towards agreed quality and appointment goals.

Telecalling, customer service or sales experience is useful. Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset are welcome.
