Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and control all Quality Control and Quality Assurance documentation related to valve manufacturing.
- Prepare Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Reports, Test Certificates, and Quality Dossiers.
- Maintain documentation for Incoming Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and checklists.
- Maintain Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, Seat Leakage, and Functional Test Reports.
- Coordinate with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies and customers for inspection documentation and approvals.
- Maintain material traceability records, heat numbers, batch details, and relevant certificates.
- Prepare final Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) and documentation dossiers as per customer requirements.
- Maintain calibration certificates and records of measuring instruments.
- Maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and CAPA documentation.
- Ensure documentation complies with applicable ISO 9001, API, ASME, and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments for timely documentation.




- Ensure all inspection documents are completed and approved before material dispatch.
- Maintain proper filing, document revision control, and digital records for internal and external audits.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of industrial valves and valve manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with valve inspection and testing documentation.
- Understanding of applicable API, ASME, ISO, and customer specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation management.
- Knowledge of MTC, ITP, QAP, TPI, MRB, and inspection reports.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle customer inspection requirements.

- 100% accuracy in QC documentation.
- Timely completion of inspection reports and quality dossiers.
- Zero documentation-related dispatch delays.
- Proper material traceability and record maintenance.
- Timely closure of documentation-related audit observations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
