Shree Pooja Properties is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for interested buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate property leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain property details, pricing, location, and project features to clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead information.
- Build positive relationships with prospective buyers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Confident telephone conversation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
