Their main role is to understand clients’ financial goals and provide suitable insurance and investment solutions.Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.

Should have valuable knowledge in sales (BFSI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport.
Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or banking is an advantage.
