Job Description: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Role: International Voice Process / Customer Retention – Voice & Blended

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Understand and use computer systems and applications effectively.
- Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and vendors.
- Identify customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Attend training sessions to improve customer satisfaction and job performance.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and contact centre guidelines.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- Support customers through voice calls and, when required, chat or email.

Skills and Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.




- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Strong process orientation, integrity, and work ethics.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with computer applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven contact centre workplace.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Flexibility to work in a blended process involving voice, chat, and email.

Educational Qualification

- Graduates and undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate dropouts must have at least 6 months of BPO or travel industry experience.
