1. Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company's market presence in the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer and distributor networks, building customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities for Infinia Industries' products.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and other clients.
- Promote company products, including WPC, RRP, and other sustainable building materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations,



and business development activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and payment collection from customers.
- Identify potential markets and plan territory expansion.

4. Candidate Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Experience in building materials, construction materials, WPC, plywood, laminates, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales operations.
- Ability to independently manage an assigned sales territory.

6. Salary

As per experience, skills, and company norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
