- Position Title: Staff Nurse / Clinical Assistant – Hair Transplant
- Core Purpose: To assist the lead surgeon or dermatologist during hair restoration and aesthetic procedures, monitor patient safety, and manage clinical sterilization and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Procedure Assistance:
- Assist doctors during FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation), local anesthesia administration, test doses, hair counting, and graft extraction/implantation support.
- Support related aesthetic and dermatological treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate), laser therapy, and micro-needling.
OT & Clinical Preparation:
- Prepare and sterilize the operation theater (OT) or procedure room according to strict infection control standards.
- Manage, organize, and sterilize surgical instruments, centrifuges, and specialized equipment.
- Handle blood sample collection, labeling, and lab dispatches if required.
