Job Description:

TriHDI Consultancy is looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily HR operations and administrative activities.

- Manage employee records, attendance and documentation.

- Assist with recruitment, screening and interview coordination.

- Maintain basic accounting records and financial documentation.

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and related reports.

- Coordinate with employees and management for HR and accounts-related activities.

- Maintain proper records and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Accounts.





- Graduate in Commerce, Management or a relevant field preferred.

- Good knowledge about Training & Develeopment.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Basic accounting knowledge and documentation skills.

- Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills).

Work Location: Plot 106-04, SK Tower, 1st Floor, Kaila Devi Mandir Road, Dewas.
