We are looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented and strategically minded Partnerships Intern to help identify collaboration opportunities, establish meaningful professional relationships and support the development of strategic partnerships. This role offers practical exposure to partnership development, stakeholder engagement, institutional collaborations, business strategy and ecosystem building.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Research and identify potential partners, including businesses, startups, educational institutions, organisations, communities and industry stakeholders.

2. Assist in developing partnership strategies that align with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

3. Conduct market research to identify collaboration opportunities, industry trends and potential strategic alliances.

4. Support outreach initiatives through professional emails, calls, networking and other appropriate communication channels.

5. Build and maintain databases of prospective partners, institutional contacts and strategic stakeholders.

6. Draft partnership proposals, collaboration documents, introductory emails, presentations and meeting briefs.

7. Coordinate meetings, discussions and follow-ups with prospective and existing partners.

8. Assist in developing collaboration models, joint initiatives, co-marketing opportunities and mutually beneficial engagement plans.

9. Support relationship management by maintaining communication and tracking partnership progress.

10. Collaborate with business development, marketing, operations and product teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional partnerships.

11. Assist in organising partnership meetings, networking activities, institutional visits and collaborative events.

Maintain partnership trackers, contact databases, meeting records and documentation.

13. Monitor the progress of partnership discussions and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

14. Research industry ecosystems, incubators, accelerators, universities, investors and other relevant organisations for potential collaborations.

15. Contribute innovative ideas to expand the company's network, strengthen its ecosystem and develop long-term strategic relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Professional email writing and presentation skills.

- Ability to identify collaboration opportunities and understand mutual business interests.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence in professional networking and stakeholder communication.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple follow-ups.

- A proactive, professional and collaborative attitude.

- Willingness to learn about business strategy, negotiations and partnership management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Students or recent graduates pursuing Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business, Commerce, Communications or related disciplines.

- Interest in strategic partnerships, entrepreneurship, startups, technology and business development.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, professional networking platforms and business research tools will be an advantage.

- Previous experience in outreach, event coordination, institutional engagement, sponsorships or partnership initiatives will be beneficial.

- Participation in college clubs, entrepreneurial communities,



networking events or cooperative projects is welcome.

Internship Details

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + Work From Office)

PopPop Labs offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Interns can choose to work from home or from the office, with both options available. This flexibility allows interns to work in the environment that best suits their productivity and convenience while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the team.

Work Location: Office / Remote — candidate's choice.

Working Arrangement: Flexible, subject to project requirements, team coordination and assigned responsibilities.
