Position: Maintenance Supervisor – Automobile / Transport

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or Graduate in a relevant technical field.

Experience: 3–5 Years in Vehicle / Bus Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor daily vehicle breakdown cases.
- Coordinate on-road breakdown assistance and ensure timely vehicle restoration.
- Maintain daily vehicle-wise breakdown status and repair reports.
- Supervise mechanics and coordinate repair activities.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and regular vehicle servicing.
- Ensure maximum vehicle availability for daily transport operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, repair costs and daily MIS reports.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of automobile mechanical and electrical systems.
- Practical experience in vehicle troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdown situations.
- Valuable Excel, MIS reporting and documentation skills.
- Commercial vehicle / Bus / CNG vehicle maintenance experience preferred.
