Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pest Control Supervisor to manage field operations, supervise technicians, ensure quality pest control services and handle customer requirements at residential, commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily pest control operations and site activities.
- Conduct site inspections and identify pest infestation and treatment requirements.
- Manage and allocate daily jobs to technicians and helpers.
- Ensure proper use, dilution and handling of pest control chemicals.
- Ensure technicians follow PPE, safety guidelines and treatment SOPs.
- Monitor site execution, service quality and timely job completion.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues.
- Maintain daily job reports, site photographs and chemical consumption records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of pest control equipment and tools.




- Coordinate follow-up visits and repeat treatments wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in pest control operations.
- Knowledge of cockroach, termite, mosquito, rodent and bedbug treatments.
- Knowledge of pest control chemicals, equipment and safety procedures.
- Positive team handling and site supervision skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
