- Artwork Preparation: Prepare artworks based on email instructions, approved layouts, mock-ups and text matter for Domestic and Rest of the World (ROW) markets.
- Artwork Corrections: Review and make necessary corrections in CorelDRAW (CDR) files received from clients, ensuring alignment with approved layouts, mock-ups and text matter.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients for artwork review, corrections, feedback and final approval.
- Timely Execution: Ensure accurate preparation, modification and finalisation of artworks within the specified timelines.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve artwork-related issues using graphic design software, particularly CorelDRAW.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain daily work records, artwork trackers and relevant documentation through Artwork Sheets.
- Vendor Coordination:
Share the finalised and approved CDR files with vendors for further processing and printing.
- Quality & Accuracy: Ensure that all artwork files are checked for text accuracy, layout consistency, dimensions and other specifications before final submission.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of artwork preparation and packaging layouts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling text matter.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
