Job Summary

ESSK Hospital is looking for experienced Staff Nurses to provide quality care to patients across ER/ICU, and OT. The selected candidates will monitor patients, administer medications, assist doctors, maintain proper nursing records, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Vacancies

- ER / ICU Staff Nurse – Experience in Emergency Room or Intensive Care Unit.
- OT Staff Nurse – Experience in Operation Theatre nursing and perioperative patient care.
- OT Technician – Knowledge of Operation Theatre procedures, surgical instrument preparation, sterilization, and assisting during surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Care: Provide direct patient care, assess patient conditions, and monitor vital signs regularly.
- Medication and Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Specialized Care: Perform duties related to the assigned department, including ICU monitoring, emergency care, and OT assistance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical reports.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow infection-control measures, aseptic techniques, and hospital safety protocols.
- Communication:



Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

- ER / ICU Staff Nurse and OT Staff Nurse: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing is mandatory.
- Nursing Registration: Valid RN/RM registration with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
- OT Technician: Relevant qualification in Operation Theatre Technology.
- Certifications: BLS/ACLS knowledge or certification is preferred for nursing positions.

Required Skills

- Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Empathy, time management, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, for digital reporting.

Experience

- Staff Nurses: 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
- OT Technician: Freshers may also apply.

Preference: Immediate joiners.
