Hiring: Branch Manager / Assistant Operations Manager

Reports To: General Manager – Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, sales, inventory, logistics, team management, and compliance while ensuring business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations, sales, dispatch, billing, and collections.
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, expiry, and supply chain activities.
- Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and proper storage standards.
- Lead branch teams and coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
- Prepare MIS reports, monitor KPIs,



and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

- Solid leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain operations.
- ERP/SAP or distribution management software proficiency preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA preferred.
- 12–16 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, or related industries.
