Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, guest-focused F&B; Executive to support the day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and operational skills, along with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth coordination between the service and kitchen teams.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, grooming, and brand presentation.
- Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Supervise team members, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and maintain discipline.
- Train and guide team members on service standards, SOPs, and guest-handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant operating standards.
- Monitor inventory, operating supplies, and wastage to support cost control.




- Drive sales through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Coordinate table management, reservations, and special guest requirements.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Maintain daily operational reports and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine dining or premium casual dining.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards, POS systems, and operational procedures.
- Good team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused, well-groomed, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
