- Manage the overall sales department and daily operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Train team members and improve overall sales performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
