Jain Petrokart Private Limited is engaged in trading and supplying tyre pyrolysis oil (TPO) to industrial and road-construction customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST and statutory compliance coordination, receivables, payables and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.

Handle sales and purchase accounting, invoicing, debit/credit notes and documentation for bulk material transactions.

Manage accounts receivable and payable, customer/vendor reconciliations, ageing reports and payment follow-ups with the sales team.

Prepare GST workings and reconciliations, e-invoice/e-way bill documentation where applicable, and coordinate timely filings with consultants or management.

Maintain TDS records and other applicable statutory records; coordinate with external consultants for returns, assessments and audits.

Monitor customer credit limits, overdue invoices and outstanding exposure; highlight collection risks to management.

Maintain stock and transaction records and reconcile purchase, sales, freight, handling and other direct costs where applicable.

Prepare monthly MIS reports covering sales, gross margins, expenses, receivables, payables, cash flow and working-capital position.

Support budgeting,



cash-flow planning, audit requirements and preparation of documents for banks or other stakeholders.

Maintain organised supporting documentation and ensure accuracy, confidentiality and internal financial controls.

Candidate Profile

5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a trading, industrial supply, petroleum-product or bulk-commodity business.

Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST reconciliations, TDS and statutory compliance coordination.

Hands-on experience with Tally or a similar accounting ERP and strong Excel skills.

Experience managing high-value invoices, freight costs, customer/vendor ledgers, bank reconciliations and receivables ageing.

Able to prepare accurate monthly MIS and identify discrepancies, margin leakage and overdue balances.

Organised, trustworthy, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with management, customers, vendors, banks and external accountants.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
