We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's digital marketing services and training programs while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and direct meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
- Promote the company's digital marketing courses and training programs.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and business presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Maintain daily lead records, sales reports and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Solid presentation and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.
Eligibility
- Any undergraduate degree.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in business development, sales or digital marketing will be an advantage.
