Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Follow standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, wherever required.




- Maintain service quality and complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
