We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage online orders, e-commerce platforms, product packaging, dispatch, inventory, and delivery coordination, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders and product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and others.
- Process online orders and verify product details before dispatch.
- Handle product picking, packing, labelling, and shipment preparation.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock availability.
- Track shipments and manage returns, exchanges, and delivery issues.
- Maintain daily records of orders, dispatches, and inventory.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management.
- Understanding of packaging, dispatch, and delivery processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with basic e-commerce knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
