Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Prepare and share product quotations and pricing with customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers over phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales team, vendors, and customers for pricing and order updates.
- Manage and coordinate the workforce to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Maintain proper records, quotations, and customer details.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Good communication skills and a skilled approach towards customers.




- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to understand product pricing and prepare quotations accurately.
- Good team management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in an IT, computer hardware, or networking company will be preferred.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive person who can independently manage administrative work, communicate confidently with customers, handle pricing and quotations, and coordinate the workforce efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
