Job Description
Rukmani Motors is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Manager to manage customer relationships, complaints, service coordination, and after-sales support for electric scooters and bikes.
Only candidates with previous two-wheeler industry experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer care operations and after-sales support.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations.
- Coordinate with sales, service, workshop, and spare parts teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Maintain customer records, complaint logs, and service reports.
- Develop processes to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Supervise customer care staff and monitor team performance.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and service journey.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory:
Previous experience in the two-wheeler industry only.
- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership or service center is required.
- Previous experience in customer care, CRM, or after-sales service management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid complaint resolution and team management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM software experience are an advantage.
- Knowledge of electric scooters and bikes is preferred.
Salary Details
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
- Salary will depend on experience, skills, and job responsibilities.
