Job Summary

We are actively hiring energetic and reliable Pickers and Packers for warehouse and fulfillment operations (supporting major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon). This role involves picking, sorting, packing items, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timings (Rotational / Fixed Shifts)

Candidates should be comfortable working in any of the following shifts:

- Shift 1: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM
- Shift 2: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Shift 3: 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM
- Shift 4 (Night Shift): 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Salary & Earnings Structure

- Monthly Take-Home: ₹14,430 per month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹21,877 per month (inclusive of all allowances, bonuses, and overtime).

Additional Financial Benefits & Allowances:

- Leave Encashment: ₹1,067 (calculated as 2 days per month @ ₹533 per day)
- Advance Bonus: ₹500
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,800 (₹120 per day for 15 days)
- Food Allowance:



₹960 (Applicable for candidates who carry their own lunch box)
- Overtime (OT) Pay: ₹120 per hour
- Festival Bonus: ₹1,000 (Applicable from 1st to 10th November '26 with 100% floor availability)
- Employee Referral Bonus: ₹2,000 (When the referred employee remains active for 30 days with 100% availability)

Key Facilities Provided

- Free Transport: Bus pick-up and drop available across Kompally, Medchal, Thumkunta, Balaji Nagar, Gandimaisamma, Gajwel, Kandlakoya, Pochampally, Shamirpet, and Hakeempet.
- Free Food: Provided 1 or 2 times depending on your shift timing.

Candidate Requirements & Documentation

- Mandatory Documents: Every candidate must possess valid government-issued ID proof, specifically a PAN card and [Aadhaar Redacted], as required for compliance and onboarding.
- Performance: Ability to maintain a proper tracker, follow safety protocols, and meet warehouse productivity standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
