Level Of Guest Satisfaction Within The Set Policies And Procedures Of The Organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

❖ Keep His Section Ready To Serve At All Given Point Of Time.

❖ Greets Guest And Present Them With The Menu.

❖ Inform Guest About The Special Items Of The Day If Any.

❖ Suggest Food And Beverages To The Guest, Take Allergy Information And Try To Upsell.

❖ Take Food And Beverage Orders From The Guest On The Order Taking Pads And Punch It In The

System With Proper Modifiers.

❖ Assist His Seniors Upon Any Instructions With Regards To Planning And Execution Of Task.

❖ Ensure Basic Cleaning Task Is Performed As And When Required.

❖ Follow Up On Food Serving Timings And Check On Guest Satisfaction With Regards To Food And

Beverages Served.

❖ Ensure Food And Beverages Is Served As Per Course Of Order.

❖ Maintaining Proper Dinning Experience , Delivering Items, Fulfilling Customer Needs , Offering

Dessert And Drinks,

❖ Replenishing Crockery, Refilling Glasses - As And When Required.





❖ Present Guest With Correct Bill On Time And Take Recorded Feedbacks , If Any Area Of Concern

Then Pass It On To The Seniors.

❖ Should Stock And Maintain The Restaurant Par Stock Levels At The Side Stations.

❖ Help Other Departments Of The Restaurant With Various Assistance During Any Period Of Time.

❖ Close The Shift On The Pos Terminal.

❖ Act As An Incharge For Core Activity On Monthly Basis.

❖ In The Absence Of Immediate Senior, Responsible For The Role Of The Next Level.

❖ Take Initiative To Train New Staff As A - Cleaning, Store Indent, Refilling, Handover And Follow Ups.

❖ Should Report To Duty On Time And Keep Himself Updated With All Upcoming Events And Previous

Handover Even After Off

❖ Perform Other Outlet Duties As And When Assigned By The Management. In The Absence Of

Immediate Senior, Responsible For The Role Of Next Level.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
