Job Description

ADHAVA PACKAGING is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and other items required for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Purchase raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, consumables, and office supplies as required.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and other departments.
- Verify material specifications, quantities, and supplier invoices.
- Maintain supplier databases, purchase registers, and related documents.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the stores department.




- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
- Support cost control and ensure purchases are made within approved budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Valuable negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
