Job Description – Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and experienced Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Supervisors to manage day-to-day restaurant outlet operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant outlet.
- Supervise restaurant staff, including service crew, kitchen staff, and helpers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff attendance, shift schedules, and task allocation.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing,



and outlet performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant operating procedures.
- Prepare daily operational reports and report issues to management.
- Support staff training and maintain discipline within the outlet.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or food outlet operations.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Knowledge of inventory control, billing, and restaurant hygiene.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to manage staff and maintain smooth outlet operations.

Salary

- Restaurant Manager: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
- Restaurant Supervisor: Based on experience and suitability.
