Products you’ll support:

- WhatsApp Business automation (Wazlly)
- AI market intelligence (ProblemPulse AI)
- Website design & maintenance
- AI & workflow automation for businesses

What you’ll do:

- Onboard recent clients: account setup, training sessions and walkthroughs
- Answer client queries over WhatsApp, phone and email, and resolve basic issues
- Pass technical issues to the development team and follow up until they’re fixed
- Check in with clients regularly to make sure they’re using the product and getting results
- Track renewals and payment due dates, and send reminders
- Spot upsell opportunities and pass them to sales
- Maintain the client tracker and write simple help guides and FAQs
- Report weekly on open tickets, client health and renewals

Who we’re looking for:

- 0–2 years in customer support,



client servicing or account management (freshers are welcome)
- Fluent in English, Assamese and Hindi
- Patient, organised and good at explaining things simply
- Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and email
- Basic technical understanding (BCA, BSc IT, MCA or similar is a plus; no coding needed)
- Interest in SaaS, AI and tech

- Salary: ₹12,000–18,000/month, based on experience
