Job Summary

The L2/L2+ SQL DBA is responsible for production database support, availability, performance, and stability of Microsoft SQL Server environments. The role involves handling BAU operations, incident/problem management, minor enhancements, migrations, and support for HA/DR environments, with limited supervision. The DBA works closely with application teams, infrastructure, storage, and service management teams

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022) across production and non‑production environmentsrnPerform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and instance managementrnMonitor database health including jobs, logs, disk usage, connectivity, and alertsrnEnsure database availability and compliance with operational standards
