We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer with a facility management background to oversee daily site operations across the South Zone of Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, manpower monitoring, operational coordination, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor day-to-day facility operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, technical and other site staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers, supervisors and site teams.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and resolve staff-related issues.
- Monitor housekeeping standards, maintenance activities and site cleanliness.
- Handle client and association coordination and address operational concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and safety standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management / Residential Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security and basic technical operations.
- Experience in handling multiple residential apartment sites will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across South Bangalore for site visits.
- Should have strong team-handling and supervisory skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Candidates from Facility Management companies.
- Experience in residential apartments and gated communities.
- Strong operational and field coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
