WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

01 | Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

02 | Pitching & Business Development

- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and growth objectives.
- Present Unstoppable Solutions' services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and presentations with decision-makers.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and build long-term business relationships.

03 | Relationship Management

- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Build trust with decision-makers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers after a deal is closed.

04 | Sales Pipeline & Performance

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and team revenue targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, pitching, and interacting with decision-makers.
- Strong research, networking, and follow-up abilities.
- A target-driven mindset with a genuine hunger to close deals.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership.
- Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or agency sales is a plus.
