Xylm is building intelligent operating systems for businesses, particularly manufacturing companies.
We are looking for an analytical and technology-oriented individual who can understand business processes, work with operational data, document requirements and support the implementation of digital transformation solutions.
This is an chance to work directly with the founder and gain practical exposure to manufacturing, enterprise technology, analytics, AI and business transformation.
Key responsibilities
A. Business process analysis
- Study manufacturing and business processes.
- Understand production, inventory, procurement, sales and dispatch workflows.
- Prepare process flowcharts and documentation.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into structured specifications.
B. Data analysis and reporting
- Work with Excel and operational datasets.
- Prepare business performance reports.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyse production, sales, inventory and operational KPIs.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies and actionable insights.
C. Project implementation
- Coordinate with client teams during implementation.
- Document functional requirements.
- Maintain implementation trackers.
- Conduct application testing and record defects.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Prepare user manuals and training documentation.
D. Technology and product support
- Work with the product team on feature requirements.
- Understand how data moves between applications.
- Assist with API and integration testing.
- Explore opportunities to automate manual workflows using AI.
- Help build reusable templates and implementation frameworks.
