Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Nutritionist / Dietitian with strong communication and counselling skills. The candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition guidance while also driving patient conversions, program enrolments, follow-ups, renewals, and revenue growth through effective counselling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Nutrition & Patient Counselling

- Conduct initial nutrition assessments and understand patients’ dietary and wellness requirements.
- Provide personalised diet and nutrition guidance as per the recommended program.
- Explain nutrition plans, packages, programs, and their benefits clearly to patients.
- Address patient queries and build confidence in recommended nutrition programs.

Sales & Conversion

- Convert enquiries and consultations into paid nutrition programs and services.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing patients to improve conversions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant nutrition programs/services.
- Drive renewals, repeat consultations, and long-term patient engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



conversions, and sales.

Patient Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with patients throughout their program.
- Track patient progress and encourage adherence to recommended plans.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Build strong relationships to improve retention and referrals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food & Nutrition.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Nutritionist/Dietitian, preferably with sales or patient counselling exposure.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and diet planning.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a revenue-driven environment.
- Hospital/clinic experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable written communication and content optimization abilities.
