Agency Care Executive – Vision India Insurance

Vision India Insurance is looking for a friendly and motivated Agency Care Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to insurance agents, handling their queries, sharing accurate information about company products and services, resolving their concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle queries from insurance agents through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and insurance processes.
- Assist agents with policy-related queries and requirements.
- Support agents in resolving customer and policy-related concerns.
- Follow up with agents regarding pending applications, documentation, and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of agent interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve agent-related issues.




- Provide timely updates and assistance to agents.
- Support day-to-day agency operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with insurance agents.

Eligibility & Skills

- Education: Any Computer Science Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and agent-handling skills.
- Ability to understand agent requirements and provide suitable assistance.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
