- Take design direction per project and translate it into complete, detailed design documentation the team can execute against.
- Lead client presentations — present the design POV with conviction and handle questions.
- Hold the design direction during execution — resist client pressure to deviate without design team input.
- Coordinate technically with the execution team — understand structural and site implications of design decisions.
- Manage junior designers and visualiser — review their work and provide specific feedback.
- Own the design-to-execution handoff — ensure the Project Bible is complete before site starts.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
