1 Line Inspection

· During swing process conduct inspection to ensure garment are met quality standards.

2 Components Checks.

· Check and verify that all accessories such as buttons zippers, thread labels are correct and matching with trim card.

3 Measurement Verification

· Check and verify the measurements of the garment are being sewn are correct and fit according to buyers measurement chart.

4.Feedback

· Communicate any quality issues immediately to operators and line supervisors and ensure that problems are corrected on the spot.

5.Process control

· Ensure that all process of sewing operations are complied with the approved buyer’s specifications.

6. Record Keeping





· Record all the activities on daily basis in detail including the defect found and operator who is responsible and the type of defect.

7 Other Tasks

· Perform other duties assigned by MD/CEO or other Senior Management.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Garment manufacturing industry experience required: 1 year (Preferred)

- English (Preferred)
