Position: Sales Executive/Junior Sales Executive.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executiveto join our dynamic team in above mentioned region. The ideal candidate will have0-5 years of sales experience in the building material industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Location : Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban, Mangalore, Dharwad, Hubli, Tumkur, Sira, Ranebennur, Haveri and Davangere.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for Ceramic & Vitrified Tiles of sizes 80x160, 60x120, and 60x60 and wall tiles 300x450, 300x600, 300x300 and Parking 405x 405.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to junior sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Travel across the district to visit project sites, meet clients, and build a strong dealer network for the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of 0-5 years in sales, preferably in the building material industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the District.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and sales-driven individual.
- Knowledge of Ceramic & Vitrified Tiles and the construction industry is desirable.
