HVAC Site Engineer

Jay Air Systems Private Limited is looking for a qualified and motivated HVAC Site Engineer to manage HVAC installation and project execution activities at various sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, site supervision, manpower coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage HVAC installation and execution activities at project sites.
- Handle HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, AHU, chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Manage site manpower, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check installation quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements with the purchase and stores departments.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirement reports.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning,



and project handover.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures.
- Resolve technical issues and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in HVAC site execution is preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge of HVAC systems may also apply.
- Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, AHU, chillers, ducting, and piping.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand BOQs.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
