Business Development & Project Implementation Manager – GCC Business

Experience: Minimum 5–6 years

We are looking for a agile professional to drive business development and project implementation for our GCC bus operations business. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running bus depot operations, implementing new projects and managing client relationships.

- Identify business opportunities and support sales, marketing and client engagement.
- Lead project implementation, mobilisation and commencement of new GCC projects.
- Manage bus depot operations, fleet deployment and operational performance.
- Drive driver recruitment, onboarding, deployment and workforce management to ensure adequate driver availability.
- Prepare,



monitor and analyse MIS reports to track operational performance, manpower and project KPIs
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in bus depot or transport operations.
- Strong experience in driver recruitment and management is essential.
- Experience in sales or client engagement, or a strong flair for selling and marketing.
- Proficiency in MIS preparation, reporting and data analysis.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
