Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the company's overall accounting, finance, taxation and statutory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and book closure.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivables and vendor payments.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
- Monitor inventory accounting, gold and diamond reconciliation.
- Handle manufacturing costing, job-work accounting and WIP reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits and banking activities.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.




- Ensure financial discipline and effective internal controls.

Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant experience.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial management.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing, jewellery retail or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
